NEW CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2014: Any cancellations not made 24 hours prior to the appt scheduled and all 'no shows' will result in a charge of 40% of the service you were scheduled to receive and will be billed at your next service. If, for any reason, you have to cancel an appt without giving a 24hour notice or you have a 'no show' on your account, a credit card will be required to be put on your account to hold future appts.
